After completing the mobile technician focused app, our focus shifted to the desktop application. It was dated and needed an overhaul. We started with the 'Guest Requester' which was basically a very simplified mini version of the full desktop application. The goal of this app was to allow guest users to create and view requests without having a login. While the 'Guest' app was being finalized I started the process for the full desktop application. Profile management was the first large chunk to tackle.
